This renovation and extension acknowledges the craftsman�s skill and delights in timber�s versatility, texture and warmth. Located in an urban conservation area subject to council heritage guidelines and the surveillance of local heritage groups, the design sensitively repeats the existing footprint of the house almost as a mirror image.
